EL SALVADOR
by Nordbeans

Finca El Salvador has been handed down from father to son for 6 generations in the family of farmer Rodolfo Ruffatti. It is one of the oldest and most famous farms in El Salvador. Located at the foot of the Santa Ana volcano, it owes most of its character to the volcanic bedrock. Thanks to natural processing, the coffee combines notes of caramel, stone fruit and sugar cane. This means that the coffee is naturally very sweet with a slight hint of pleasant acidity.
